Key Responsibilities:
Drive
Corporate Sales and Business Development
across key markets in the South region.
Lead and mentor a large team of
Sales Managers and Business Development professionals
across multiple cities.
Develop and execute
regional sales strategies
to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
corporate clients, brokers, and channel partners
.
Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and business potential to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management to align zonal objectives with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance, process efficiency, and team productivity across the region.
Drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in
Corporate Sales / Institutional Sales
, preferably in the
Insurance / Broking / BFSI
sector.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing
multi-location sales teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
