Role Summary:

Responsible for driving collections across the vehicle finance portfolio for Western Zone (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP) India. Ensure recovery targets are met, NPAs are minimized, and legal/repossession actions are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (0-30,30+, 60+, 90+). Ensure legal actions (notices, repossession) are timely and compliant. Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs. Lead MIS/reporting and suggest portfolio-level risk controls. Ensure regulatory and process compliance across channels. Handle and lead the team of Collection.

KPIs:

Collection efficiency vs target. Roll rate and vintage movement. Cost per unit recovery. Agency performance and audit scores. Legal case resolution TAT.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/MBA with 12-20 years in vehicle finance collections. Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management. Willing to travel extensively within the zone.
