Execution & Campaign Management
Coordinate with internal teams to execute brand-specific marketing campaigns (online & offline).
Track execution timelines and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Support in ideation and creative brief development in collaboration with brand teams.
Brand Coordination & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between Oxygen and brand marketing teams.
Ensure regular communication with brand partners for approvals, inputs, and updates.
Organize monthly/quarterly review meetings with brands to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for brand partners and internal use.
Share actionable insights and suggestions based on campaign outcomes and customer engagement metrics.
Communication & Presentation
Communicate fluently in English for effective coordination with national and international brand partners.
Prepare professional presentations and documents for brand meetings and internal reviews.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated with market trends and competitor brand activities.
Share insights with marketing and brand teams to support strategic decision-making.
Zone-wise Branch Management
(Additional Key Responsibility)* Take full responsibility for overseeing Oxygen Digital Shop branches within the assigned zone.
Ensure branches execute marketing activities successfully in line with brand and business plans.
Provide guidance, support, and on-ground coordination to branches for smooth marketing execution.
Act as the link between branch teams and the corporate marketing department to ensure consistent strategy delivery.
