Key Responsibilities
MES Business Development
Develop and expand business with
MES Commands, CE/CWE/GE offices
, and authorised MES contractors within the assigned zone
Promote and secure approvals for
Adhunik electrical product range
in ongoing and upcoming MES projects
Liaise with
MES officials, consultants, and contractors
for specification inclusion and product acceptance
Sales & Market Expansion
Identify and track
MES tenders, BOQs, and upcoming infrastructure projects
Coordinate with contractors for
technical submittals, samples, and approvals
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales and enquiry generation target
Field & Relationship Management
Travel extensively (minimum
20 days per month
) across the zone
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with:
MES engineers
Defence contractors
Electrical consultants and project execution teams
Reporting & Coordination
Provide regular reports on:
Market activity
Competitor movement
Project status
Approvals and order pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams for
pricing, documentation, dispatches, and compliance
Eligibility & Experience
Minimum 5-8 years of experience
in
MES-focused business development
(mandatory)
Prior experience in the same assigned zone
is essential
Strong understanding of:
MES procurement procedures
Defence contractor networks
Government project sales cycles
Experience in
electrical products / switchgear / lighting
will be a strong advantage
Skills Required
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Excellent field execution and relationship-building capability
High familiarity with MES documentation, approvals, and working culture
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary:
?50,000 per month
