Job Description

A Zonal Manager in the solar industry leads sales, operations, and team management for a specific region, focusing on hitting revenue targets by developing strategy, coaching field teams, ensuring excellent customer experience (from lead to installation), analyzing market trends, and coordinating with technical departments for smooth project execution and growth. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Strategy:

Drive zonal sales, create market penetration plans, identify new business, manage pipelines, and achieve KPIs (conversions, activation).

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage city/field sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Customer Experience:

Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring seamless interaction with engineering/logistics for delightful post-sales support.

Market & Process:

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback; define dashboards to track performance and optimize processes.

Stakeholder Management:

Build partnerships, negotiate opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams.
