Broad Role & Responsibility
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned region.
Manage and mentor the regional sales team; track performance and ensure accountability.
Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Identify and tap into new market opportunities to expand the customer base.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers as per credit terms.
Drive proper and consistent usage of
CRM software
by the sales team for customer management, lead tracking, and reporting.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to adjust plans accordingly.
Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Coordinate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve customer concerns.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
