Achieve zonal sales targets, growth objectives, and brand priorities
Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with company strategy
Monitor secondary sales, stock availability, and distributor performance
Ensure effective implementation of promotional strategies and campaigns
Lead, coach, and develop Regional / Area Managers and their sales teams
Conduct regular field work, joint calls, and performance reviews
Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, top doctors, and trade partners
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and SOPs
Drive discipline in reporting, CRM usage, and expense management
Maintain high standards of ethical marketing and governance

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
