Title : Zonal Manager (Logistic Industry)Type : Full TimeType : Onsite : - To monitor overall administration and all business activities of of entire zone and to make it profitable as much as possible.- To get the market surveyed of all main stations under Zone by creating appropriate presence to achieve the target set by the Management from time to time with new clients as well as existing clients.- To visit the branch offices frequently according to the exigencies of business for effective improvement of the services and business development within the norms of the company, and should focus on Smalls/LTL/Express Cargo across the country and outside and to make SOP and give training as required to all concerned staff.- To develop the vendors (for engaging Lorries on yearly contract basis) by arranging return loads for them as required as per norms of the company.- To meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective options.- To attend the complaints of our valuable customers, if any, and to resolve the same.- To ensure timely collection of delivery acknowledgments, submission of bills as well as collection of payment from the customers.- Responsible for the overall organization, management direction and control of All department at regional level.- Planning, organizing, formulating, directing and controlling the Business development activities to achieve desired level of output.- Provides leadership and leads the implementation of marketing strategies and processes to maintain a highly engaged workforce.
