Zee Laboratories, established in 1988, is a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer, and Zeelab Pharmacy, its retail arm, was launched later to provide affordable medicines and high-quality medicines directly to consumers by eliminating intermediaries. Zeelab Pharmacy is offering products that are 30% to 90% cheaper than branded equivalents, thereby revolutionizing access to healthcare through its extensive retail and digital network. All medicines are manufactured in WHO-GMP and FDA compliant facilities, ensuring global safety and efficacy standards. With 2,500 retail outlets and a strong digital platform offering pan-India delivery, Zeelab aims to scale to 100,000 stores, focusing on metro as well as tier 2 and 3 cities. Zeelab whose brand ambassador is Randeep Hooda, having a workforce of more than 4000 sells generic medicines, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and wellness products exclusively, using its stores as micro-warehouses for fast delivery, including plans for 60-minute delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee multiple outlets within a designated zone, ensuring operational excellence. Driving business expansion to meet organizational goals effectively. Leading and motivating business development managers/cluster managers, optimizing inventory management, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Analyse market trends, develop growth strategies, and foster strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred. Around 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, with prior experience as a Regional Manager or similar role before promotion to Zonal Manager. Strong leadership qualities with excellent team management and communication skills. Ability to develop strategic plans and implement operational sales improvements. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone to manage teams and partnerships effectively.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
