Key Responsibilities:

Manage Regional Managers to meet zone sales goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.

Monitor store performance and address challenges.

Ensure compliance with company policies.

Report to top management on zone progress.

Requirements:

Proven retail management experience of minimum 5 Years.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Ability to travel frequently.
