Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales, revenue, and distribution targets across the assigned zone.
Lead, mentor, and monitor Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and distribution partners.
Develop and implement effective sales and market expansion strategies.
Strengthen relationships with key distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance.
Ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
Drive team performance through motivation, training, and effective leadership.
Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold operational excellence in the zone.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience
in Sales or Zonal/Regional Management within
Mobile Handset, Telecom, or FMCG Distribution
industries.
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to handle multi-location operations and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
