Role

As the Manager- Hero Sure, you will be a part of the Sales - India BU and will report to Head- Hero Sure. The Role exists to execute strategies for development of pre-owned 2W business in the Zone and Area Office. The Role incumbent will be responsible for Hero Sure network expansion through channel appointment, operational excellence through tech platforms and ensuring penetration of growth drivers (finance, after-sales support etc.) to achieve business goals aligned to the zonal strategy.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key resposibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Execute strategies to digitally transform the exchange business by seeding the usage of WOT platforms to offer an organized exchange solution to the customers
• Execute expansion roadmap and drive channel appointment and its activation for increasing touchpoints of "Hero Sure powered by Wheels of Trust"
• Execute capability building of Pre-Owned 2W business in channel partners and deliver growth in volumes
• Ensure sales enablers, tech interventions and demand generation as per area office requirement
• Monitor product performance (Apps, Pricing Algorithm, Website & Portal) in the market and transform feedbacks into innovative solutions
