We are Hiring for the Position of Zonal Manager - Gold Loans



Location: Chennai HO



Need to Travel across AP, Telangana & Karnataka



Experience:

10+ yrs in Gold Loans / Secured Lending

Education:

Graduate (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities:



Drive gold loan business & achieve AOP targets Roll out new branches, set up infrastructure & coordinate go-live Ensure compliance, audit & portfolio quality Oversee gold appraisal & auction processes Manage branch operations, team performance & training Monitor market trends & competitor activities

Core Skills:


Gold appraisal, branch rollout, sales leadership, credit risk, audit & compliance, team management
