We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented
Zonal Manager - Execution
to lead end-to-end implementation of BTL marketing, events, and promotional activities across the region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
vendor management, budgeting, on-ground activations, and team leadership
, ensuring quality execution within defined timelines and profitability goals.
This role demands a strong understanding of
brand activations, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
along with excellent leadership and operational execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:1. Project & BTL Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute
BTL marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and brand activations
.
Manage end-to-end execution including vendor coordination, budgeting, and logistics.
Ensure
quality, timeliness, and profitability
of every project.
2. Vendor Management
Identify, onboard, and manage regional vendors and agencies.
Negotiate cost-effective rates while maintaining quality standards.
Develop a strong vendor network for multiple city-level activations.
3. Coordination & Communication
Act as the bridge between
sales teams, vendors, and internal departments
.
Coordinate with regional marketing teams for city-specific promotions and events.
Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and project updates.
4. Innovation & Process Improvement
Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts for activations and brand visibility.
Use digital tools and systems (VWB, CRM, etc.) for tracking and reporting.
Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
5. Financial Management
Handle project budgeting, cost approvals, and vendor payments.
Track ROI on activations and maintain profitability targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent knowledge of
BTL activities, event management, and activations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Expertise in
vendor development and negotiation
Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and execution planning
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting abilities

Understanding of client requirements and brand objectives

Proficiency in using management systems and project tracking tools
Education Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing preferred)
