Your Role
Your role
Business Plan:
Assess market potential and trends for the Zone and apply sound Territory Management plan - Formulate discuss and finalize the sales projections with the Business Line Manager
Prepare strategy to achieve the Zonal Business Plan
Ensure proper balance between Direct & Indirect resources / Business.
IN ORDER TO achieve the Zonal Business Plan
Sales:
Ensure execution of sales process in the Zone adhering to Operating Policies
Monitor and direct Zonal sales. Enhance C4C level for the Zone.
Liaise with Customer Base & Various channels like Dealers, EPC agencies, Engg. consultants, OEM, etc.
Liaise with Logistics for Order Execution
IN ORDER TO achieve OR and NIS for Standard, Projects, Indent sales & any new products-solutions getting added under Oil-free Air Division.
Marketing:
Identify potential market / industry segments within the Zone.
Liaise with customers, consultants & OEMs to Maximize Enquiry Base through Presence & Reach
Co-ordinate and conduct Various Strategic Marketing activities with Marketing team.
Monitor & track competition activities, propose & execute appropriate competitive strategy in coordination with Marketing.
IN ORDER TO increase focus on Market Share & Customer Share & Focus New Market Segments
Working capital Management (Receivables, Stocks):
Implement credit policy,
Monitor receivables, review, and analyze regularly and initiate corrective action.
IN ORDER To ensure increased cash flow
Sales Administration:
Overall responsible for the Zonal Administration
Approve staff expenses, leave, travel plan etc. as per the authority matrix.
Monitor & regulate Zonal activities to reduce cost.
Ensure Coordination with other Divisional Zonal Management
IN ORD compliance with Corporate Guidelines:
Follow in letter and spirit the Atlas Copco Vision, Mission, and core values.
Comply with the Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct
Comply with the policies and procedures communicated from time to time.
Ensure compliance with SHE norms laid down by the company.
Perform any other tasks given by supervisor from time to time.
IN ORDER TO enrich the Corporate Culture ER TO ensure smooth functioning of the Zone

  • Review & monitor performance of customer accounts (Sales NPS)
  • Visit Customers and take customer feedback.
  • Review the Customers' Requirements and strive to stay ahead of competing technology.
  • Understand and resolve customer concerns, coordination with local CTS.
  • IN ORDER TO ensure customer satisfaction and improve NPS
  • Recommend & define Territory & focus areas to work with
  • analyses, evaluate & propose dealers' appointment as per policy.
  • Allocate and monitor targets & Business progression.
  • Ensure training, support to dealer team, and monitor performance.
  • IN ORDER TO ensure timely service to Customers & to increase customer base
  • Ensure proper product offering to get right price realized.
  • Ensure proper Product mix.
  • IN ORDER to get targeted Profitability & improve market share
  • Recruitment and induction
  • Finalize the individual targets of Zonal Team
  • Appraisal and competence evaluation
  • Training and development of Zonal team
  • Providing technical support to Zonal team
  • Coaching and mentoring and motivating Zonal; team.
  • IN ORDER TO develop a competent Zonal Sales team
To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements-
  • RESULT-ORIENTED AND EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL WITH PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN SALES AND / OR MARKETING OF INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT BOTH IN DIRECT AND DISTRIBUTOR CHANNELS. EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING A SALES TEAM WILL ADD VALUE TO THE CANDIDATURE.
Educational requirements/Knowledge-
PREFERABLY GRADUATE ENGINEER OR EQUIVALENT WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES & MARKETING IN AN ENGINEERING INDUSTRY.
