Zonal Manager - Sales ( Small Pumps Division)

Job Location : Bangalore

Channel and Retail sales

Will be handling State of Karnataka

Regional Managers will be reporting into this position.

Candidate will report into Cluster Head

Education & Professional Certification requirement

Graduate in engineering or science or agriculture engineering.

Technology Skills

Requirement

Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP, thorough product & market knowledge of electrical driven pumps.

Managerial Skills Requirement

Experience of handling large team & geography. Ability to analyze the data and prepare the strategies for growth. Leadership skill, Empowerment skill, determination & passion to work with team to get the desired results. PR skills required to manage both internal & external customers. Good presentation & analytical skill.

Experience Preferred

18 - 20 years in pumps industry - retail sector.

Prefer candidate from:

Pump and Allied industries Consumer Goods- Fans, cables etc Paint industry Agriculture and spare parts
