Job Description

The Zonal HR Manager will lead the Human Resources function for a specific zone, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role is pivotal in maintaining a productive and positive work environment across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws. Handle complex employee relations and conflict resolution within the zone. Oversee performance review cycles and employee development programs. Ensure efficient management of staff across multiple locations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:



Experience:

Minimum 12 years in any kind of managerial role.

Education:

MBA or MSW with a specialization in Human Resources (HR).

Preferred:

Prior experience in the jewellery industry is highly advantageous.

Skills:

Fluency in English and Tamil, with strong communication skills, is essential. Proven ability to deliver results and readiness to travel as required.

Pay: ?50,188.77 - ?80,733.30 per month
