About the Role

In-Cure Business Solutions is urgently hiring

experienced HR professionals from the jewellery industry

to manage

zonal-level recruitment operations

.

This is a

hands-on recruitment role

, and candidates must be capable of

initiating and closing hiring from Day One

without training or handholding.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for jewellery retail operations

Manage zonal hiring requirements including:

o Sales Executives

o Showroom Staff

o Floor Managers

o Back-office & support roles

Source candidates through local networks, referrals, and industry contacts

Coordinate interviews and ensure quick closures

Support onboarding and documentation

Work closely with management for urgent manpower requirements

Ensure hiring timelines are strictly met

Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements

Proven HR / Recruitment experience in the Jewellery industry - Mandatory

Experience in

retail / showroom manpower hiring

Ability to

start recruitment activities from Day One

Strong local network in jewellery retail manpower

Excellent coordination and communication skills

Willingness to work under urgent hiring timelines

Experience

Minimum

5+ years

in jewellery HR / recruitment preferred

Zonal or multi-branch hiring experience is an added advantage

Salary

Negotiable - Best in the industry

(Salary will be decided based on experience, capability, and immediate impact)
