Lead and execute HR processes for branches within the assigned zone.
Recruitment and onboarding of quality talent as per business requirements.
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution in line with company policies.
Monitor compliance with legal and organizational HR frameworks.
Collaborate with zonal leadership to meet HR objectives and business needs.
Drive training, learning, and development initiatives for zonal staff.
Maintain HR MIS, generate reports, and analyze workforce data for improvement.
Coordinate with corporate HR for policy implementations and audits.
Languages to known: Tamil, Hindi and English.
