Job Description

Lead, manage, and supervise multiple centers to achieve admission and revenue targets. Strategize and implement local marketing and admission drives to ensure maximum enrollments. Oversee day-to-day operations, administration, and student experience at centers. Monitor team performance -- including counselors, sales executives, and operations staff. Ensure adherence to brand, compliance, and quality standards across all branches. Collaborate with academic and regional leadership for efficient operations and performance reviews. Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned centers. Train, mentor, and develop branch managers and center teams for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
