Responsibilities
xe2x97x8f Scouting market for establishing vendor/ farmer base
xe2x97x8f Establishing contacts with market & driving intelligence for procurement
xe2x97x8f Developing contacts with local Wholesale/ market influencers
xe2x97x8f Charting independent demand channel & there by onboarding customers
xe2x97x8f Documenting and maintaining process flow for scaling in the near terms
Requirements
xe2x97x8f 5+ years of strong sales/procurement experience from FMCG / Telecom Industry / Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / Agriculture and allied industries
xe2x97x8f Solid understanding of sales/procurement/trading fundamentals
xe2x97x8f Must have managed at least 4-5 direct reportees and large layered teams, especially field sales team
xe2x97x8f Proven people manager and team builder with references
xe2x97x8f Good communication & presentations skills, ability to motivate the team to achieve targets, fostering a high level of team growth and contribution
