Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Operational Support
Manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities at the zonal office.
Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and official correspondence.
Assist in implementing company policies and operational guidelines across branches.
Consolidate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS from branches.
. Branch Coordination
Serve as the primary communication link between branches and the zonal office.
Follow up on compliance updates, audit responses, and operational requirements.
Support the Zonal Manager by preparing performance summaries and branch-level data
Marketing & Event Coordination
Assist in planning and executing BTL marketing activities across the zone.
Coordinate with vendors for event execution and promotional activities.
Support customer engagement and brand visibility initiatives at zonal and branch level.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Collect, verify, and compile branch compliance and audit-related documents.
Prepare timely operational reports for review by the Zonal Manager.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
NBFC experience is highly appreciated and will be considered a strong advantage.
1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles (preferably in BFSI sector).
Strong communication skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
