The Zonal Director - Tamil Nadu will be responsible for
owning and leading the complete business for the state
, driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships. This role is a senior leadership position with full accountability for revenue, P&L, team performance, and market expansion across Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end P&L and business performance
for the Tamil Nadu zone
Drive
state-level revenue growth
through hospital partnerships, strategic alliances, and key accounts
Build and strengthen relationships with
leading hospitals, healthcare networks, and senior stakeholders
Define and execute
growth strategies
, market penetration plans, and expansion initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop
city and cluster leadership teams
across the state
Ensure operational excellence, service quality, and adherence to healthcare standards
Track business KPIs, review performance, and implement corrective actions
Collaborate closely with central teams (Operations, Finance, Product, HR, Marketing)
Represent the organization at
state-level forums, hospital leadership meetings, and industry events
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards
Candidate Profile
MBA in Hospital Management
(mandatory)
10-12 years of post-MBA experience
in healthcare business, hospital operations, or medical services
Strong experience in
sales, marketing, and large account management
within the hospital ecosystem
Proven track record of
leading large teams and managing multi-city operations
Deep understanding of the Mumbai
healthcare market
and hospital decision-making ecosystem
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills
Preferred Backgrounds
Senior sales & marketing leaders from
leading hospitals and healthcare networks in Mumbai
Leaders who have managed
state or multi-city healthcare businesses
