A Zonal Coordinator at Inclusion Rural Solutions (IRSPL) manages & expands banking/digital services in their region, focusing on financial inclusion for rural areas by overseeing Digital Seva Centers, training staff/customers, deploying tech (like biometric POS), ensuring service quality (Aadhaar, UPI), and linking rural citizens to government/financial schemes, driving both business growth and social impact.

Here's a breakdown of typical responsibilities for an IRSPL Zonal Coordinator:

Core Responsibilities:

Network Management: Oversee and grow a network of Digital Seva Centers (DSCs) or Banking Correspondents within a specific zone.

Service Delivery: Ensure smooth delivery of financial services like AEPS, UPI, mobile banking, and government scheme access.

Business Development: Drive customer acquisition, transactions, and business volume in their zone, meeting targets.

Training & Support: Train DSC operators and onboard customers on digital tools and financial products.

Technology Deployment: Manage the implementation and functionality of biometric POS terminals and IT infrastructure.

Reporting & Compliance: Monitor performance, report to higher management, and ensure adherence to banking regulations.

Key Focus Areas:

Financial Inclusion: Bridge the gap between rural communities and formal banking/digital services.

Digital Empowerment: Help citizens become comfortable with digital technology for accessing services.

Last-Mile Connectivity: Connect disadvantaged segments to essential financial solutions.
