The purpose of the job is to drive sales and distribution (Secondary and primary) of territory in the general trade channel leading on roll and off roll teams.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Design schemes & implementation for increasing the sales. Getting report from the team and send to the superior 2. Planning for Retail expansion, Distributor expansion and execution with help of teams 3. Planning for focus products and New product launching 4. Planning for budgets, and implementation of promotion activity etc. 5. Take care of our business partners ( Distributor/Super stockiest) Collect competitor Activity report from the team for future action 6. Ensure effective implementation of Promotional activities 7. Creating and reporting monthly sales information w.r.t sales and distribution metrics to superiors (regions)
