Rosemount Preschools is a rapidly growing early childhood education organization with 70+ preschools across India and an ambitious plan to expand to 500+ schools in the next two years. We are hiring a Zonal Business Manager - Preschool Operations for our Bengaluru region.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing multiple preschool branches, driving enrollments, business growth, and operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality education standards across the assigned zone.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee multi-location preschool operations across the Greater Bengaluru Area
Drive enrollment targets, revenue growth, and operational performance
Manage, mentor, and review Branch Managers / Centre Heads
Track KPIs, admissions funnel, performance metrics, and quality benchmarks
Implement growth strategies, SOPs, and operational improvements
Ensure compliance with education regulations, childcare policies, safety, and hygiene standards
Handle parent engagement, community outreach, and customer relationship management
Coordinate with leadership to align zonal operations with organizational objectives
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field
MBA preferred
Experience in zonal / regional management, multi-branch operations, or education operations
Mandatory experience in Preschool, Early Childhood Education, Education, or EdTech sector
Strong leadership, people management, and operational planning skills
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with regular travel between branches
