Zonal Business Head - West-15years+

This role is designed for a senior professional with 15+ years of expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ready to drive large-scale business expansion and team leadership.

Responsibilities - * Driving franchise expansion by acquiring new partners, setting up centers, and providing onboarding support.

• Managing operational performance across centers to ensure enrollment growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Developing and executing zonal sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitoring revenue and profitability targets and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Conducting business reviews, audits, and goal-setting sessions with zonal teams.
• Providing operational and strategic support to franchisees for business growth.
• Guiding and mentoring Zonal Managers and building future leadership pipelines.
• Ensuring compliance with operational and legal standards during franchise onboarding.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Training, Academics) for brand and business delivery.
• Analyzing market trends and competition activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements - * Postgraduate/Graduate with 15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing leadership roles.

• Proven expertise in franchise operations and business expansion.
• Strong experience in P&L ownership and driving profitability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High adaptability to manage large teams across multiple locations.
