Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple salon branches in South Mumbai, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Drive monthly revenue growth and achieve business targets across all salons. Lead, mentor, and motivate salon managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and cost optimization for all locations. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards throughout all salons. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local promotional activities to attract and retain clients. Prepare business reports and maintain clear communication with corporate office

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of Zonal / Area Manager experience in managing high-end salon operations with proven leadership success. Strong business acumen and ability to analyze P&L statements. Excellent team building, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Experience working with billing and salon management software (e.g., Zenoti) preferred. Passionate about the luxury customer experience with an eye for detail and quality. Ready to lead from the front and inspire teams to surpass goals.
