Program Objectives:

Identify and attract high-potential young leaders who can be further groomed and nurtured for various senior roles in the organization basis intersection of organizational need and their interest / skills. Thus, the role expects a long-term commitment for a clear career progression path for young leaders.

Training and Development:

ZFLP leaders would be trained on the following and more skills during the first three months of the program. The training would be a combination of self reading, on the job training and classroom sessions.

Onboarding:

- ZFLP leaders would be provided a comprehensive orientation program to get an immersive introduction to Zolo\'s culture

- Also, extra emphasis would be laid to help understand the role in details so that there are no expectation mismatches

Soft Skills Training:

- Storyboarding and presentations skills

- Leadership development and team management

- Conflict resolution and Internal Locus of Control

Technical Training:

- Industry-specific training programs about hospitality, real estate, and technology can be expected other than domain specific training that might happen from time to time.

- In-house systems and processes to be well understood by ZFLP leaders.

Cross-functional Exposure:

- There would be various rotations of the young leaders through different departments. Rotations can be part time or full time depending on the need and situation.

Mentorship and Coaching:

Mentors Assignment:

- Experienced leaders within the company mentor young hires.

- Regular one-on-one sessions to provide guidance.

Leadership Coaching:

- External coaching for leadership development.

- Regular workshops and seminars.

Performance Evaluation:

- Regular Assessments:

- Monthly Feedbacks on areas of strength and improvement

- Quarterly performance reviews for clear picture on standing of the leader

Continuous Learning:

Professional Development Programs:

- FLP leaders would be encouraged to participate in workshops, conferences, and online courses.

- They would also be expected to continue further education and certifications

- Through internal Knowledge Sharing Sessions, FLP leaders would be trained through insights and experiences of senior leaders
