Position: ZOHO Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Pune, India (Work from Office)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Salary: ?5,00,000 - ?12,00,000 per annum (based on experience and expertise)

We are looking for a skilled ZOHO Techno-Functional Consultant with proven expertise in ZOHO Creator and ZOHO HRMS platforms (People, Recruit, Payroll). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementation,

configuration, and customization of ZOHO solutions to meet business needs. Experience in ZOHO CRM, Books, or Analytics is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

*Lead and execute implementation, configuration, and support of ZOHO Creator and ZOHO HRMS (People, Recruit, Payroll) modules.

*Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and define project scope.

*Provide accurate effort estimations for proposed solutions.

Analyze client business processes and design customized workflows and automations in ZOHO applications.

*Provide functional and technical expertise during pre-sales, implementation, and post-go-live support.

*Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials for clients.

*Stay updated on ZOHO product updates, enhancements, and best practices.

*Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

*Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ZOHO Creator and ZOHO HRMS (People,Recruit, Payroll).

*Strong understanding of business processes in HR, payroll, recruitment, and how they map to ZOHO platforms.
