Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support for Zoho applications, including CRM, Books, Projects, and Zoho Legal.
Understand business requirements and map them to Zoho solutions efficiently.
Develop and maintain custom workflows, functions, and integrations using Deluge scripting.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho modules.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline business processes through Zoho.
Manage user roles, data migration, and third-party integrations.
Conduct training and documentation for internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-3 years of proven experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Projects.
Experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting for custom solutions.
Good understanding of business processes related to CRM, finance (Books), project management, or legal workflows.
Ability to manage multiple Zoho apps under a unified environment.
Knowledge of basic programming/scripting (Deluge, JavaScript, or API integrations).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling Zoho Legal or similar legal workflow tools.
Familiarity with third-party app integrations using APIs (REST/JSON).
Any Zoho certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
