Job Description

We are looking for a

Zoho Support Executive

to join our team and support clients in implementing and optimizing Zoho applications. Freshers and experienced candidates with a

commerce background and strong communication skills

are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:



Understand business requirements and assist in translating them into effective Zoho solutions. Configure and customize Zoho modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports. Support functional processes across Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho applications. Assist in end-user training and prepare documentation. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and deployments. Identify opportunities to improve business processes using Zoho solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:



Freshers or experienced candidates with a

commerce background

. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, Projects) is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
