Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup, configuration, and customization of Zoho applications (CRM, People, Books, Projects, Creator, etc.) Support end-users by resolving functional or technical issues related to Zoho apps Work with internal teams to gather requirements and implement automation workflows Perform data import/export, report generation, and dashboard creation Test, document, and deploy process improvements within Zoho suite Collaborate with the development or functional teams for minor customization using

Deluge scripts

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Basic understanding or hands-on exposure to

Zoho One / Zoho CRM / Zoho People / Zoho Creator

Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to understand workflows, automation, and business logic Strong communication and coordination skills Eagerness to learn Zoho customization and API integration

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related fields) 0-1 year of experience or internship in Zoho platform Familiarity with

Deluge scripting

or

API integration
