Key Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications as per business requirements.
Design and implement automation workflows, custom modules, and advanced reporting dashboards.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools (e.g., telephony, email, marketing platforms).
Provide technical support, training, and documentation for internal teams on Zoho usage.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and translate them into Zoho solutions.
Stay updated with Zoho's latest features and recommend improvements to maximize system efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience (2-4 years) working with Zoho suite of applications, especially Zoho CRM.
Strong knowledge of Zoho customization, workflows, APIs, and integrations.
Experience with Deluge scripting (Zoho's scripting language).
Proficiency in database management and report creation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and training ability for end-users.
Prior experience in real estate, sales, or service-based industries is a plus
