Key Responsibilities:
Zoho System Implementation & Customization:
Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho One/Zoho CRM/Zoho Creator/Zoho Books/Zoho People as per the organization's requirements.
Develop workflows, automation, blueprints, and reports specific to travel operations.
Integration & Data Management:
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms (e.g., travel APIs, payment gateways, booking engines, email, and accounting tools).
Manage data migration, cleansing, and synchronization across systems.
Process Optimization:
Analyze travel-related processes (bookings, itineraries, packages, lead management) and suggest digital transformation solutions using Zoho tools.
Automate repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Technical Support & Maintenance:
Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for Zoho applications.
Ensure system uptime, data security, and performance monitoring.
Reporting & Analytics:
Design and maintain dashboards, analytics, and performance reports for various departments (Sales, Operations, Accounts, HR).
Provide insights to management using Zoho Analytics or custom reports.
