Job Title: Accountant
Location: Thane wagle Estate
Experience Required: 3 - 4 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Manage and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and account balances.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Oversee inventory accounting processes to ensure accurate valuation and reporting of stock levels.
Monitor inventory transactions and perform stock reconciliations using
Zoho Inventory.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory movement and reporting.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Maintain compliance with tax regulations and file GST/TDS returns as required.
Generate and analyze reports from
Zoho Inventory
to support business decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-4 years of professional accounting experience.
Proven experience with
Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books
is a must.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of other Zoho applications (ZOHO Book & Inventory).
Certification in accounting (e.g., CA Inter, CPA, CMA) is an advantage but not mandatory.
