Zoho Implementation Specialist (2-5 years experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Implementation Specialist to lead the setup, customization, and optimization of multiple Zoho applications across our organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with Zoho CRM, Books, People, Desk, Projects, Analytics, and other modules, and can translate business requirements into simple, automated digital workflows.

Responsibilities

Implement and customize various Zoho applications (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Inventory, Projects, Creator, Analytics etc.). Create modules, workflows, blueprints, automation rules, and approval processes. Analyze business processes across departments and design optimized digital solutions. Migrate, clean, and organize data during implementation phases. Develop Deluge scripts to support custom functions and advanced automation. Integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms using API, Zoho Flow, and webhooks. Build dashboards and reports for Sales, Finance, HR, Support, and Management. Provide user training, SOPs, documentation, and post-implementation support. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Zoho support when needed. Continuously improve workflows and help teams adopt Zoho tools effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications. Strong knowledge of at least 3-5 Zoho products (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Creator, Inventory, Analytics, Projects). Experience with workflow automation, blueprint processes, and custom modules. Good understanding of business processes across Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, or Support. Experience with Deluge scripting (preferred). Familiarity with API integrations, Zoho Flow, or webhooks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to document processes, create training materials, and lead onboarding sessions.

Nice to Have

Zoho certifications (CRM, Creator, People, Books, Desk, Analytics). Experience with ERP/CRM implementations outside Zoho. Knowledge of low-code app building using Zoho Creator. Understanding of basic SQL or data modeling.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
