Zoho Implementation & Coordination Executive

Job Description

To coordinate with Zoho software teams, understand company requirements, and ensure timely implementation, support, and issue resolution of Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the

single point of contact

between our company and

Zoho software team

Understand business process requirements from management and departments Get the required developments, customizations, and automation done in Zoho Follow up with Zoho team until the task is completed Test workflows, forms, approvals, and reports before final deployment Track tickets/issues and ensure timely resolution Maintain documentation of changes, modules, and configurations Train internal staff on usage of Zoho modules Prepare MIS reports from Zoho as required by management Coordinate for integrations, data migration, and backups Ensure smooth daily usage of Zoho (CRM, Books, People, Creator etc.)

Required Skills & Profile



Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good understanding of

Zoho applications

(CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Creator preferred) Ability to understand processes like sales, purchase, accounts, HR, production etc. Basic knowledge of

Excel & reporting

Good communication skills (Hindi & English) Problem-solving mindset and responsibility taking attitude Ability to work independently from

Sonipat location


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?5,808.65 - ?6,995.36 per month

Work Location: In person
