to lead end-to-end setup, configuration and optimization of Zoho Finance applications for our clients. This role is critical in helping businesses streamline their accounting, invoicing, taxation, compliance and financial workflows using Zoho's ecosystem.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, translate them into efficient Zoho Finance setups, and ensure smooth onboarding, training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure
Zoho Finance Suite
including:
Zoho Books
Zoho Payroll
Zoho People
Zoho Inventory
Zoho Subscriptions (where applicable)
Set up
company accounts
, chart of accounts, taxes (GST), currencies and compliance configurations
Configure
banking, payment gateways
and automated reconciliation
Design and implement
custom workflows, automation rules and approvals
Migrate data from legacy systems (Excel, Tally, other ERPs)
Train client teams on usage, best practices, and reporting
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting and optimization
Maintain proper documentation for each client implementation
Act as a trusted advisor for clients on finance process improvements and automation
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with
Zoho Books
and Zoho Finance Suite
Good understanding of
accounting principles
, GST, invoicing and compliance (India-focused)
Experience with
process automation and workflow design
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client implementations
Strong communication skills for client-facing discussions
Comfortable with documentation, training and support handover
Experience with Zoho integrations and APIs is a plus
Good to Have
Prior experience in a
consulting or implementation role
Zoho certifications (Finance / Books / Analytics)
Exposure to multiple industries (services, SaaS, trading, manufacturing)
Familiarity with tools like Tally, QuickBooks, Razorpay, Stripe, etc.
