Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Projects, Creator, Flow, Desk, and others). Build and manage advanced automation workflows using Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, and APIs. Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems such as accounting software, CRMs, marketing tools, and communication platforms. Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into business performance. Streamline internal processes and improve system efficiency through automation and data synchronization. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Zoho systems. Document system structures, automation logic, and integration processes.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Zoho development and integration. Strong expertise in Deluge scripting, Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, and Zoho CRM customization. Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat). In-depth understanding of business processes and how to automate them effectively. Ability to analyze requirements, propose efficient solutions, and execute projects independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have:

Experience working across multiple brands or business units. Familiarity with accounting and financial systems such as Zoho Books or Xero integrations. Understanding of database structures and cloud systems.
