Zoho Developer

to join our growing technology and operations team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a

Zoho Developer

with strong hands-on experience in customizing and integrating Zoho applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Zoho suite - including

Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Flow

- to enhance business automation and efficiency across departments.

This is a

full-time, onsite position

at our

Aeon Shipping India office

, and the candidate will collaborate closely with our IT, operations, and management teams in India and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Customize, automate, and integrate Zoho applications to align with business workflows. Develop Deluge scripts and advanced workflows across Zoho CRM, Creator, and related apps. Implement dashboards, reports, and data analytics for management use. Design APIs and integrations between Zoho and third-party applications. Troubleshoot system issues, ensure data accuracy, and optimize performance. Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions. Stay updated on the latest Zoho platform features and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

3-5 years of proven experience

in Zoho app development and customization. Strong command over

Deluge scripting

and

Zoho Creator

. Experience with

Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Flow

. Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with third-party software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the

logistics, shipping, or supply chain

industry. Familiarity with

Zoho Analytics

or

Power BI

. Understanding of business process automation and digital transformation tools.
