We're expanding our delivery team and looking for a Zoho Developer (Deluge/API-heavy) to join us in building powerful business workflows for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize solutions in Zoho CRM, Creator, Analytics, Desk, Projects.
Write Deluge scripts for automations, workflows, and custom functions.
Build and maintain API integrations with third-party apps.
Configure modules, layouts, workflows, reports, and dashboards across Zoho apps.
Support existing client implementations with troubleshooting & enhancements.
Collaborate with consultants on requirement gathering and solution design.
Maintain documentation of customizations, scripts, and client solutions.
Requirements
1-4 years hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer.
Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting (functions, schedules, custom widgets).
Experience with Zoho CRM & Zoho Creator (must-have).
Familiar with Zoho Analytics (dashboards, data prep, reports).
API integration experience using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks.
Exposure to Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects configurations.
Knowledge of Zoho People/Payroll is a plus, but not mandatory.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to handle client support queries and provide timely solutions.
