to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with the Zoho ecosystem including

Zoho CRM

Zoho Creator

Zoho Bigin

, and optionally

Zoho Analytics

. You will be responsible for building, customizing, integrating, and automating Zoho solutions to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and customize

Zoho CRM

to align with business needs Manage and optimize Zoho One applications (CRM, Creator, Bigin, etc.) Automate workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing using Zoho tools Integrate

WordPress

with Zoho CRM via

Zoho Flow

Design and execute

landing pages

connected to Zoho CRM and marketing automation Customize CRM modules and automate document generation using

Zoho Writer

and

Zoho Sign

Analyze business data using

Zoho Analytics

(Optional) Work with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver Zoho-based solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with

Zoho CRM

and related Zoho apps Strong knowledge of

Zoho Creator

,

Zoho Flow

,

Zoho Bigin

, and

Zoho Writer

Familiarity with

marketing automation

tools within Zoho ecosystem Experience in integrating

WordPress

with Zoho platforms Ability to automate workflows and generate dynamic documents Good communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

Experience in custom app development or web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS). Knowledge of automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and N8N Prior experience working in a software development or SaaS company.
