Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

Manage and optimize

Zoho CRM

for lead tracking, nurturing, automation workflows, and campaign analytics. Integrate

GA4 (Google Analytics 4)

and

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

with Zoho and other platforms for accurate tracking and performance measurement. Set up and monitor marketing automation workflows to enhance engagement and conversion. Collaborate with social and creative teams to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns. Generate insights and reports from CRM, GA4, and Zoho Analytics to guide campaign optimization and audience targeting. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, MarTech innovations, and creative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns and tracking mechanisms.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

Proven experience with

Zoho CRM

and

Zoho Campaigns

(automation, segmentation, reporting). Strong knowledge of

GA4

,

Google Tag Manager

, and analytics integrations. Excellent writing and communication skills, particularly for social media and digital marketing content. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data. Keen eye for design, content quality, and emerging marketing trends. * Hands-on experience with MarTech tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Canva is a plus.
