Zoho Creator CRM Developer (with Social Media Knowledge)

Job Purpose

To design, develop, and maintain customised solutions within Zoho Creator and related Zoho applications, while also supporting the business with basic social media content creation and posting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho Creator / IT (Primary Focus):

Design, develop, and customise applications in Zoho Creator. Build workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports based on business requirements. Manage API integrations, plug-ins, and third-party software connections. Oversee website technical maintenance, including e-commerce integrations. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for all Zoho applications.

Social Media (Secondary Focus):

Create and schedule basic content for social media channels (posts, updates, graphics). Assist with monitoring engagement and reporting on performance metrics. Support digital marketing campaigns by ensuring timely content delivery and coordination with the team. Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in

Zoho Creator CRM development

and broader Zoho ecosystem. Strong understanding of APIs, web integrations, and technical systems management. Basic knowledge of social media management (content creation, scheduling, posting).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce integrations and website management. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, or similar for social media scheduling. Ability to multitask between IT and basic digital marketing functions.
