Job Overview:

We are seeking a

Zoho CRM & Automation Specialist

to manage and optimize our CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation tools. This role will be key in supporting cross-functional operations, data accuracy, lead management, and stakeholder reporting. If you're passionate about streamlining business processes and have deep knowledge of Zoho One suite, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, manage, and enhance

Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Creator

and related applications. Build and manage CRM journeys, automation flows, and integrations across platforms. Track leads, monitor the sales pipeline, and generate analytical reports to support decision-making. Perform general administrative duties including reporting and documentation. Maintain and update customer and operational databases with high accuracy. Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations. Integrate third-party tools like

Zapier, Make, n8n

, and APIs for WhatsApp, websites, and telephony.

Required Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience with

Zoho CRM

,

Zoho One

,

Zoho Creator

, and automation tools. Strong knowledge of lead tracking, CRM analytics, and workflow customization. Proficient in MS Office tools - especially

Excel (Advanced formulas, V-Lookup, H-Lookup)

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and prioritize responsibilities. Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of

HTML, JavaScript, and API integrations

. Experience working with

real estate CRMs

or workflows. Prior exposure to

BFSI

retail

service sector automation
