hands-on Accounting & Finance Faculty
to
train students in practical accounting, software usage, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and finance/fund management
. The faculty will ensure students are
job-ready and capable of working in construction, real estate, and service sectors
.
Key Responsibilities
1 Core Accounting Operations
Teach and demonstrate:
Accounting Masters creation
Sales and purchase entries (Purchase Order ? GRN ? Purchase Entry)
Journal entries, receipts & payments
Recurring payments / EMI tracking
Cash handling with denomination
Cheque printing and internet banking entries
Bank deposit, withdrawal, and reconciliation
Voucher preparation with supporting documents
Security, data backup, and filing systems (Cloud + Hard copy)
Document path creation & verification
2 MIS & Management Reporting
Train students to generate, interpret, and analyze reports including:
Flat sales, collection, interior sales & collection reports
Due & payables reports
Daily & monthly inflow/outflow
Stock, cumulative, day book & cash book
Registration, salary, advertisement expense, purchase reports
Asset list & asset maintenance
Project cost reports and statutory reports
Focus on
decision-making and actionable insights
, not just report generation
3 Statutory & Compliance
Provide practical exposure to:
GST (returns & reconciliation)
TDS, PF & ESI
ROC basics
Audit coordination and case follow-ups
Liaison with consultants
Advance tax and day book verification
4 Finance & Fund Management
Teach and demonstrate:
Sales collection follow-ups and repayment schedules
Fund planning (weekly/monthly/yearly) and allocation for projects/departments
Monthly P&L analysis and balance sheet improvement strategies
Fund management basics, loan processes, and documentation
Credit discipline and CIBIL score improvement concepts
Interest reduction and banking relationship practices
5 Software Training (Mandatory)
Tally Prime with GST
Zoho Books, Zoho Expenses, Zoho Payroll (basic), Zoho Inventory (basic)
MIS in Zoho environment
Cloud documentation practices (Google Drive / OneDrive)
Faculty Role & Responsibilities
Conduct
hands-on practical training
using demo company datasets
Assign
real-life accounting scenarios and projects
Evaluate students through
practical tests and assessments
Guide students for
job readiness and career opportunities
Maintain
training quality and measurable learning outcomes
Required Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in:
Commerce
Accounting
Finance
Business Administration (with accounting experience)
Strong working knowledge of
Tally Prime and Zoho Books
Clear
conceptual understanding of accounting and finance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
