Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll Consultant

who can

set up, configure, and train our internal team on the basic and operational aspects of Zoho Books and Payroll modules

.

The consultant will be responsible for

initial setup, best-practice configuration, compliance alignment, and knowledge transfer

to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end

basic setup of Zoho Books

, including: Company profile & organization settings Chart of Accounts configuration Tax setup (GST/TDS, as applicable) Customers, vendors, items, and banking setup Invoice, bill, and expense configuration

Zoho Payroll setup

, including: Employee master creation Salary structures & payroll components Statutory compliance setup (PF, ESI, PT, TDS if applicable) Payroll processing & payslip generation Leave and attendance linkage (basic level)

Hands-on training

to internal staff: Day-to-day accounting operations Payroll processing & monthly closure Reports interpretation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Payroll reports) Provide

weekly visits or on-need support

Document basic SOPs and configurations Support during initial go-live phase
Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 74 months

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
