Job Title : Zoho Books Migration Consultant
Job Type : Full-Time / Contract
Experience : 3-8 Years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute data migration from platforms like Tally, or Xero to Zoho Books.
• Experience with API-based data migration, Zoho Analytics, and prior exposure to multi-platform data mapping is preferred.
• Map, transform, and import data (ledgers, invoices, journals, taxes, etc.) accurately.
• Validate migrated data to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Use Zoho Books APIs, import tools, and scripts for bulk data handling.
• Work with clients to configure accounting modules post-migration and verify compliance.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, import/export errors, and integrity issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to automate repetitive migration steps.
• Apply strong accounting understanding to maintain accurate financial records.
• Use Excel/CSV tools effectively for data cleaning and formatting.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
