Job Title : Zoho Books Junior Accountant
Job Type : Full-Time
Experience : 3-5 years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (On-Site)
Responsibilities:

• Must have experience in accounting.
• Must have experience in Zoho Books end-to-end accounting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of GST regulations and the return filing process.
• Experience in invoice management (creation, tracking, reconciliation).
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
• Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is preferred.
• Excellent Excel skills and basic knowledge of other MS Office tools.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data.
• Maintain and update financial records using Zoho Books.
• Generate and manage invoices for clients and vendors.
• Prepare and file GST returns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
